What this website does not do
This website does not take bookings, does not confirm a date, does not calculate or display prices, and does not take payments. Sending an enquiry through the contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract, reserve a date, or commit DCL to carry out any work. Ordering and managing a service is the job of the DCL mobile application, which is not yet published.
Service information
The service descriptions on this website explain, in general terms, the kind of work DCL carries out. They are for information. The scope of any particular job — what is included, what is not, how long it takes — is agreed with you directly before the work begins, and what is agreed with you takes precedence over anything described here.
Where we work
DCL works in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Whether a particular service can be provided at a particular place and time depends on the team's availability and on the conditions at the site, and is confirmed with you rather than promised here.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry you are given a reference. Mention it when you contact us about that enquiry. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, including your mobile number — if it is wrong we cannot reach you. By sending an enquiry you agree that DCL may contact you about it.
Quotations and pricing
No price on this website is an offer, because this website publishes no prices. Where a quotation is issued, it is issued to you directly, it states what it covers, and it applies only for the period stated in it. A price becomes binding only when DCL has provided it to you formally and you have accepted it.

Please provide accurate information and only the information your enquiry needs. Do not submit other people's personal data through this form without their knowledge, and do not use the form to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, layout, graphics, logos and the DCL name — belongs to DCL or is used by DCL with permission. You may view and share it for your own information. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially, or use the DCL name or logo, without written permission.
