Cancellation policy
This policy explains what you can cancel, and what happens when there is nothing yet to cancel.
An enquiry is not a booking
An enquiry sent through this website is a request to be contacted. It does not reserve a date, confirm a service, or create any obligation on you or on DCL. Until a service has been agreed with you directly, there is no booking, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.
Withdrawing or changing an enquiry
You can withdraw an enquiry, or change what you asked for, at any time before a service is agreed. Contact us and give the reference you were given. There is no charge for this.
Once a service has been agreed
A service exists once DCL has agreed it with you directly — its scope, its date and its price. Cancelling or rescheduling it at that point is arranged with the team who agreed it, and the terms that were agreed with you at that time apply.
Charges
This website publishes no cancellation fee, no rescheduling fee, no no-show charge and no refund percentage, because DCL has approved none. No such charge applies to you unless it was agreed with you in writing before the service, and unless it is permitted by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
DCL is finalising the commercial rules for cancelling and rescheduling a confirmed service — including any notice period and any charge. When they are approved they will be published here, and they will apply only to services agreed after that date, not retrospectively.
